It takes a normal student a transitional period of several years to grow into a qualified teacher from a new teacher with entry qualifications. Because of insuifficient practical knowledge, novice teachers suffer a lot. In order to get advantages in the increasingly fierce competition, normal colleges need to change the concept of cultivation and training modes, by strengthening pre-service practice to improve the starting level of teacher professionalizing and shorten the transition period.
