为适应农业产业结构调整的需要,完善基层动物防疫体系,笔者于2011年1—12月,通过问卷调查和实地走访等方式,对施秉县动物防疫体系建设情况、动物防疫人员的职责和任务、养殖户对动物疫情了解情况等进行调查,以期能全面了解和掌握施秉县基层动物防疫系统存在的问题并提出相应的解决办法。

In order to get the problems of animal epidemic prevention system of Shibing,the investigations were competed by the styles of questionnaires and interview during January to December,2011.Through the investigations that we got the information of construction situation of Shibing animal epidemic prevention system,responsibility of the personnel of animal epidemic prevention system and recognition to the animal diseases of farmers.Then we can take some measures to accelerate the adjustment of industrial structure and perfect the animal epidemic prevention system of grassroots.
