采用4因素3水平L9(4^3)进行正交实验,探索了静态破碎剂配制过程中其主要成分氧化钙、水泥、石膏、膨胀润等因素对静态破碎剂膨胀压的影响.结果表明:各因素对静态破碎剂膨胀压的影响的主次顺序为:氧化钙〉膨胀土〉水泥〉石膏.确定了最佳的质量配制比例分比为:氧化钙的比例为75%,水泥的比例为9%,石膏的比例为3%,膨润土的比例为10%,减水剂的比例为1%,粉煤灰的比例为2%.与现在生产的工艺相比,该配制方法具有配制简单和反应速度快等优点,具有较强的工业应用价值.

In this paper,the SCA was prepared by L9(4^3) orthogonal design. It was studied on the influ- ence of Incorporation of calcium oxide, the cement, the plaster and expansive soils for expansive pressure of SCA. The results showed that the most significant factor was calcium oxide, the second was expansive soils, the third was the Cement. The optimum conditions for SCA were as follows : the mass ratio of calcium oxide was 75% ,the mass ratio of the cement was 9% ,the mass ratio of the plaster was 3%, the mass ratio of expansive soils was 10%, the mass ratio of water reducing was 1% the mass ratio of fly ash was 2%. Compared with the existed production process, the developed SCA has an easy production process and a fast reaction velocity. The process has good industrial applications.
