Acetonitrile ： water = 35：65 （V/V） as the mobile phase, 1.0mL/min flow rate, detection wavelength 254nm, column temperature ：25 ℃, sampling quantity 10μl. With different degrees of methanol extraction with different concentrations of alkali method comparison. Conclusion：the best method is to choose methanol as the solvent at 80% to 50 degrees for 1 hours under ultrasonic extraction.
