A series of measures are taken to optimize teachers structure,such as reform of teacher training methods and evaluation system,construction of off-campus part-time teachers,establishment of long-term incentive mechanism and improvement of inspection monitoring system.Those measures are supposed to solve main problems in existing teachers structure such as emphasizing theory but neglecting practice,emphasizing science and technology but neglecting professional skills.A high-quality teacher team is formed with both the theoretical level and practical ability,the quality is constantly improved for practical talent training,and a basis is provided for further improvement of the mode of university-enterprise coalition practical talent training.
