大学生职业指导课程引入中国高等教育时间尚短,缺乏系统的理论研究和实践探索。通过对河北农业大学大学生职业指导课程体系建设过程的科学研究,分析梳理了当前职业指导课运行过程中存在的问题,针对问题提出了加强课程内容体系、专业化教师队伍、课程管理以及教学评价与管理制度体系建设,为高等学校开展职业指导教育提供了借鉴和参考。

The history of college students＇ vocational guidance course of higher education in China is short,and It also lacks the theories and practice.This article studied the reform process of Hebei Agricultural University Students＇ Vocational Guidance Curriculum System Construction,and explored some new thoughts,measures,and experiences for the course construction.
