区域自主创新联盟的动力应当包括内驱力和外驱力两个方面，分别对两种驱动力进行了解析，并从构筑联盟合作的共生愿景、构建联盟合作的规范机制、建立市场导向的合作创新模式等三个方面探讨了内驱力的构建，从培育联盟合作的区域创新文化、推动区域企业战略层面的创新合作、形成鼓励创新合作的区域创新政策和产业政策、积极推动区域创新合作服务平台建设等四个方面探讨了外驱力的构建。
區域自主創新聯盟的動力應噹包括內驅力和外驅力兩箇方麵，分彆對兩種驅動力進行瞭解析，併從構築聯盟閤作的共生願景、構建聯盟閤作的規範機製、建立市場導嚮的閤作創新模式等三箇方麵探討瞭內驅力的構建，從培育聯盟閤作的區域創新文化、推動區域企業戰略層麵的創新閤作、形成鼓勵創新閤作的區域創新政策和產業政策、積極推動區域創新閤作服務平檯建設等四箇方麵探討瞭外驅力的構建。
구역자주창신련맹적동력응당포괄내구력화외구력량개방면，분별대량충구동력진행료해석，병종구축련맹합작적공생원경、구건련맹합작적규범궤제、건립시장도향적합작창신모식등삼개방면탐토료내구력적구건，종배육련맹합작적구역창신문화、추동구역기업전략층면적창신합작、형성고려창신합작적구역창신정책화산업정책、적겁추동구역창신합작복무평태건설등사개방면탐토료외구력적구건。
The driving force of regional independent innovation alliances should include two aspects of in- ternal driving and external driving force. The symbiotic vision to build alliances, the regulatory mecha- nisms, and the market driven collaborative innovation models are studied for the construction of the internal driving force. The cultivation of the alliances＇ regional culture of innovation, the promotion of innovation and cooperation of the regional strategic levels, the formation of regional innovation policy and industrial policy to encourage innovation and cooperation, and the active promotion of regional innovation co-opera- tion service platform are also studied for the construction of the external driving force.
