建立晶闸管控制角与异步电动机负载大小之间的精确模型,是提高晶闸管调压控制器负载适应能力和获取最佳调节电压实现高效节能的关键。以普通机床为研究对象,针对主轴电动机工作在轻载运行的状态,提出一种以电动机负载系数和负载系数变化率为输入变量、晶闸管控制角为输出变量的模糊控制算法,并借助Matlab软件进行系统仿真。结果表明,模糊控制器动态响应时间较短,节能效果良好。

Pursuing of the accurate model about the controlling angle of SCR and motor load is the key to improving the load ability of thyristor surge controller and getting best adjusting voltage, and achieving high efficiency and energy saving. In this paper, a fuzzy control algorithm in which the input variables of motor load and its changing ratio and the output variables of controlling angle of SCR is representing, when spindle motor of machine tools is working in light state. The dynamic response time of fuzzy control is shorter, the energy conservation effect is good through matlab simulation.
