为了得到性能稳定的绿色环保丙烯酸复合乳液,将正硅酸乙酯在碱性条件下水解生成的纳米SiO2经过表面改性后引入到环境友好丙烯酸酯乳液中,制备了无机一有机纳米SiO2/聚丙烯酸酯复合乳液.探讨了其合成工艺条件对单体转化率及乳液稳定性的影响.结果表明:聚合温度为75℃,乳化剂用量为5%,引发剂用量为0.6%时,复合乳液单体转化率及稳定性综合效果较好.
為瞭得到性能穩定的綠色環保丙烯痠複閤乳液,將正硅痠乙酯在堿性條件下水解生成的納米SiO2經過錶麵改性後引入到環境友好丙烯痠酯乳液中,製備瞭無機一有機納米SiO2/聚丙烯痠酯複閤乳液.探討瞭其閤成工藝條件對單體轉化率及乳液穩定性的影響.結果錶明:聚閤溫度為75℃,乳化劑用量為5%,引髮劑用量為0.6%時,複閤乳液單體轉化率及穩定性綜閤效果較好.

In order to obtain the environmentfriendly acrylic emulsion with stable properties, the nano SiO2 is produced from the hydrolysis of terrathyl orthosilicate (TEOS)under the alkaline conditions and in troduced into the envirnomentfriendly acrylic emulsion after surface modification. The nanoSiO2/polyac rylate composite emulsion is successfully prepared. The effects of synthetic technology on monomer conver sion and stability of emulsion are investigated in detail. The results show that, under the optimized condi tions:the polymerization temperature is 75°C ;emulsifier dosage is 5 wt%; the initiator is 0.6% monomer conversion and comprehensive stability of the composite emulsion are better.
