为提高高速加工中的加工精度和效率,根据型腔加工中环切法的特点,及环间法向移刀的刀具轨迹不光滑,铣削力大且不平稳,提出了Clothoid曲线的环间移刀方法,对刀具轨迹进行优化.实验表明,Clothoid曲线过渡更平稳,铣削力更小.

To improve the processing ofhighspeed machining accuracy and eiticiency, the memoa of Clothoid curve to optimize the toolpath between loops in HSM of pocket is proposed based on the charac teristics of the contourparallel method of pocket, the unsmooth toolpath of knife, and large and uneven milling force. The result indicates that Clothoid curve is more smooth and steady,and milling force is smal ler.
