    In order to produce the best translation of the inaugural speeches of the American presidents,this paper mainly discusses the translation strategies from the perspective of the English Cohesion theory by Halliday and Hasan.And the comparative study of the differences in cohesion of the English and Chinese languages is also conducted in this article.
