通过自编问卷对江西师范大学硕士研究生学习状态进行调查。结果表明,目前师大硕士研究生学习热情偏低,学习计划性不强,学习效率不高,学习状态不容乐观。影响研究生学习状态的原因既有研究生自身因素,也有课程设置和教学以及导师的影响等因素,在对原因进行系统分析下提出改革意见与对策。

A survey was conducted by adopting the self-complied questionnaire on the learning state of the current postgraduates in Jiangxi Normal University.Poll finds that most of them lack motivation and enthusiasm for study and a reasonable study plan,furthermore,the learning efficiency waits to be further improved,and all of this indicates that their learning state is unsatisfactory.There are many reasons including their own course arrangement,teaching effectiveness as well as the mentors and so on,Based on the comprehensive analysis of these factors relevant to the learning state,this study prompts the reform suggestions and corresponding countermeasures for ameliorating the phenomenon.
