现代警卫之贝.布托遇刺案中所暴露的“情报、侦查及监控模式的低时空、安保防御保障的非真空等漏洞”为各国反恐怖暗杀敲响了警钟。我国如何应对恐怖组织或势力发动的战术进攻。解决之从实战角度出发,吸收计算机软件的程式理念,创新式设定四人行动模式。且协同化组合反恐怖之攻击力量与警卫工作之防御力量等软件机制.装配信息化的指挥、情报、侦查及监视等硬件系统.以构建协同指挥系统。从而达到在反恐和警卫行动中对“人、事、物、时、空、动作”监控的无盲区.实现真空化的控制。该协同指挥系统将以体系、技术上的优势来应对未来的恐怖袭击,构建“三维化”的警卫空间。
