底泥是水产养殖环境中(如池塘)底部有机、无机碎屑和土壤的混合物,成分较复杂,为准确测定底泥中镉的含量,比较研究了原子吸收标准加入法和浓度法的测定结果。结果表明:标准加入法与浓度法相比回收率好、精密度高,适合底泥样品的大批量检测。
底泥是水產養殖環境中(如池塘)底部有機、無機碎屑和土壤的混閤物,成分較複雜,為準確測定底泥中鎘的含量,比較研究瞭原子吸收標準加入法和濃度法的測定結果。結果錶明:標準加入法與濃度法相比迴收率好、精密度高,適閤底泥樣品的大批量檢測。

The content of cadmium in sediment was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The composition of sediment was rather complicated which was a mixture of various sediments and aquatic crea- tures corruption bodies. To accurately determine the content of Cadmium, standard addition method and con-centration method was compared. The results showed that standard addition method had higher recovery, better reproducibility, and much more suitable for mass samples determination.
