为充分了解90后高职生的职业生涯规划现状，通过抽样调查发现，学生对职业生涯规划有一定的认知，但缺乏系统深入了解，究其原因，一是学生自身缺乏对职业生涯规划的重视，二是学校职业生涯规划指导体系不健全，为改变这个现状，主要从师资队伍建设、教学改革、校企合作、主题活动等方面采取对策，全面加强学生职业生涯规划意识，提升高职生的职业素养，增强学生核心竞争力。

A sampling investigation was conducted in order to fully understand the current career planning status of post-90＇s vocational college students. It shows that students have certain cognition about the career planning, but there is a lack of systematic understanding. There are several reasons for it, the first is students＇ serious lack of career planning, the second is school＇s insalutary guidance system of career planning. In order to change this present situation, measures must be taken mainly from the construction of the contingent of teachers, teaching reform, school-enterprise cooperation, theme activities etc. It is necessary to strengthen the students＇ career planning awareness, promote the professional qualification of vocational students, and enhance students＇ core competitiveness.
