人类免疫缺陷病毒(human immunodeficiency virus,HIV)和获得性免疫缺陷综合症(acquiredimmunodeficiency syndrome,AIDS)仍是全球关注的健康问题,研究开发抗HIV抑制剂具有重要的意义.细胞核因子kB(nuclear factor kappa B,NF-kB)、反式激活因子(trans-activator of transcription,Tat)、病毒颗粒蛋白表达调节因子(regulator of virion protein expression,Rev)是人免疫缺陷病毒I型(human immunodeficiency virustype I,HIV-I)转录过程中不可缺少的调控蛋白.综述NF-kB、Tat、Rev蛋白的结构、功能、作用机理及相关抑制剂的研究进展.

HIV and AIDS remain a health problem of global concern.Therefor e,research and development of anti-HIV-I inhibitors is of great significance. N F-kB,Tat and Rev are the indispensable regulatory protein in the process of tr a nscription.In this paper,the structure,function,mechanism and related inhibi tors of NF-kB,Tat and Rev are reviewed.
