通过对大厚度13MnNiMoNbR压力容器高强钢的焊接性分析对比选择焊接材料,确定了焊接方法、焊接工艺参数,并做了相应的焊接性试验,分析了试验结果。制定了13MnNiMoNbR高强钢制造大型压力容器的焊接工艺,从而获得合格的焊接接头,完成焊接工艺评定后成功地应用于生产实践。
通過對大厚度13MnNiMoNbR壓力容器高彊鋼的銲接性分析對比選擇銲接材料,確定瞭銲接方法、銲接工藝參數,併做瞭相應的銲接性試驗,分析瞭試驗結果。製定瞭13MnNiMoNbR高彊鋼製造大型壓力容器的銲接工藝,從而穫得閤格的銲接接頭,完成銲接工藝評定後成功地應用于生產實踐。

Acrossing 13MnNiMoNbR large thickness of high strength steel pressure vessel welding selection of analysis and comparison of welding materials,to determine the welding method,welding parameters,and make the corresponding welding test,analysis of test results.Developed a large-scale manufacture of high strength steel 13MnNiMoNbR pressure vessel welding process to obtain qualified welded joints,welding procedure qualification completed successfully applied to production practice.
