虚拟应急演练系统基于Torque3D游戏引擎开发,以应急预案为蓝本,以灾害伤害模型为理论依据,实现了灾害场景设置、事件注入、事件接报、事件分析研判、决策标绘、演练执行、演练总结等一系列应急演练流程。该系统能够体现应急预案的处置流程,训练各不同部门在应急处置过程中协作能力,检验各相关人员对预案实施的执行能力。
虛擬應急縯練繫統基于Torque3D遊戲引擎開髮,以應急預案為藍本,以災害傷害模型為理論依據,實現瞭災害場景設置、事件註入、事件接報、事件分析研判、決策標繪、縯練執行、縯練總結等一繫列應急縯練流程。該繫統能夠體現應急預案的處置流程,訓練各不同部門在應急處置過程中協作能力,檢驗各相關人員對預案實施的執行能力。

A virtual emergency drill system is designed based on the Torque 3D game engine, using its emergency plan as the blueprint and its disaster damage model as the theoretical basis. A series of emergency drills can be implemented with this system, including disaster scene setting, event injection, event response, event analysis, decision-plotting, training implementation and training summary. This system can effectively develop the collaboration and response ability of the various departments involved and test individual participants' execution competence.
