表面活性剂+聚合物二元体系加泡沫具有的较高流度控制能力,能够有效地封堵高渗透性地层,最大限度地提高波及体积,增加洗油效率,二元体系泡沫得到了广泛的研究与应用。通过微观仿真模型进行驱油实验,从微观角度研究了二元泡沫复合体系驱油的作用机理。实验结果表明,在二元泡沫复合体系驱油过程可以形成前沿、中部和后部3个明显的条带,前沿条带基本上没有完整的泡沫存在;中部条带和后部条带出现稳定泡沫,中部是三种渗流共存,后部是以泡沫渗流为主。泡沫在二元复合体系中的作用机理主要是通过挤压占据、选择性堵塞大孔道和剪切携带作用。

Surfactant polymer binary system and foam has a higher flow control capability,can effectively block the high permeability formation to maximize the swept volume,and increase the efficiency of wash oil.Binary system foam has been widely studied and applied.This paper studied the mechanism of the composite system of binary foam displacement from the microscopic point of view by the micro-simulation model of oil displacement experiment.The experimental results showed that the front,middle and rear bands had been formed in the composite system of binary foam displacement process.There was little integral foam in the front band,but much stable foam in the front and rear.The mechanism of the foam in the binary composite system is mainly extrusion to occupy,selective blockage up large pores and shear to carry over.
