采用"熔-浸"还原法,制备了Mg-Sr-Y和Mg-Sr-Zn-Y合金.借助于XRD鉴定了Mg-Sr-Zn-Y合金的相组成;利用OM、SEM观察了Mg-Sr-Y和Mg-Sr-Zn-Y合金的显微组织;利用带有加热装置的万能拉伸试验机进行了高温压缩试验;论述了Mg-Sr-Zn-Y合金高温压缩变形机制.结果表明,添加金属Zn和稀土Y元素,明显改善Mg-Sr合金的显微组织,提高了其高温压缩性能.

Mg-Sr-Y and Mg-Sr-Zn-Y alloys were successfully fabricated by means of melting-leaching reduction method using SF6 and N2 as protected gas.The phases were identified by XRD,and the microstructures were observed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.The compression tests were conducted on a tensile machine with a heating furnace.The deformation mechanisms were stated during compression test.The result shows that,with the addition of Zn and Y,the microstructures and properties of Mg-Sr alloy were improved obviously.
