交通运输业作为现代物流产业的重要组成部分,是贯穿供应链全程的重要因素。现代物流具有现代化、系统化、网络化的特性。当前,我国物流产业规模迅速扩大,物流产业集中度提高,社会物流总费用持续增加。国有交通运输企业应采取积极的应对策略,打造具有国际竞争力的＂中国物流企业旗舰＂。其策略是：构建专业化的物流业务体系,把发展国有综合物流企业放在首位;进行国有物流资产调整,优化物流行业的产业结构;推进企业间的战略联盟,整合并购国际物流资源。

Transportation industry,an important component of modern logistics,is the key factor throughout the whole supply chain.Modern logistics is of modern,systemized and networked features.The scale of the logistics industry in China now is rapidly enlarging with increasing concentration ratio and total cost.State-owned transportation enterprises should take proactive responding strategies to build Chinese logistics flagship enterprises of world-wide competitiveness.The strategies are proposed including constructing specialist logistics business systems,taking priority to develop state-owned comprehensive logistics enterprises;carrying out state-owned logistics asset adjustment,optimizing the industrial structure;facilitating strategic alliances among enterprises,integrating and mergering international logistics resources.
