构建了负载敏感系统并介绍了其节能原理,利用AMESim软件建立了仿真模型,对系统恒流时负载压力变化对泵输出流量的影响和负载敏感阀阀芯面积对系统动态性能的影响进行了仿真研究.仿真结果表明:系统恒流时泵的输出流量不受负载压力变化的影响,负载敏感阀阀芯面积对系统的稳定性具有重要影响.

The load-sensing system is established and the energy-saving principle of load-sensing system is introduced.Simulation model is established by using AMESim software.Load pressure changes are researched by simulation to analyze the impact on the output flow of pump when the system is in the state of constant flow and load-sensing valve spool area are researched by simulation to analyze the impact on the dynamic characteristics of the system.Simulation results show that when the system is in the state of constant flow,load pressure changes have no impact on the output flow of pump and load-sensing valve spool area has an important impact on stability of the system.
