为解决水培技术生产马铃薯原原种种薯气孔外翻问题,通过对结薯量、植株长势、种薯气孔外翻率等参数进行分析,比较石子水培法、气雾法和隔层法3种生产马铃薯原原种水耕栽培技术。结果表明:隔层法生产的原原种气孔外翻率低,同时单株结薯量大,并且抗危机能力较强。

For the purpose of solving the porosity valgus problem in potato production by hydoponic techniques,the tuber volume,plant growth and seed porosity valgus rate were analyzed to compare three potato original seed hydroponic techniques,which were gravel hydroponics,aerosol method and compartment hydroponics.The results showed that : the original seed production by compartment hydroponics of owned low porosity valgus rate,larger quantities of tuber volume per plant and strong anti-crisis capacity.
