目的：探讨泡状中鼻甲部分切除手术的临床表现、影像学、治疗经验及术后疗效观察。方法：对2006年6月-2010年6月收治的36例鼻-鼻窦患者行泡状中鼻甲部分切除手术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：36例泡状中鼻甲患者采用微创黏膜下切除术后疗效明显优于传统的部分切除方法,36例中20例恢复快,愈合好,并发症少。结论：鼻内镜下行中鼻甲黏膜下部分切除泡状中鼻甲,具有手术微创及操作简单的优点,值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토포상중비갑부분절제수술적림상표현、영상학、치료경험급술후료효관찰。방법：대2006년6월-2010년6월수치적36례비-비두환자행포상중비갑부분절제수술적림상자료진행회고성분석。결과：36례포상중비갑환자채용미창점막하절제술후료효명현우우전통적부분절제방법,36례중20례회복쾌,유합호,병발증소。결론：비내경하행중비갑점막하부분절제포상중비갑,구유수술미창급조작간단적우점,치득림상추엄응용。
Objective：To explore the clinical situation,CT manifestation,clinical experience and curative effect of concha bullosa treated by the endoscopic submucosal partial resection of the middle turbinate.Methods： 36 cases of concha bullosa treated by the endoscopic submucosal partial resection of the middle turbinate from June,2006 to June,2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results： The curative effect of 36 cases of concha bullosa treated by the endoscopic submucosal partial resection of the middle turbinate is better than the traditional endoscopic sinus surgery.20 cases were obviously more effective and with less complications.Conclusion： The method of endoscopic submucosal partial resection of the middle turbinate in treating chronic hypertrophic rhinitis with concha bullosa is a good,effective and shortcut,and it could be a choice of clinic.
