以玉金香甜瓜为试材,研究了日光温室甜瓜子叶扩展动态对幼苗光合作用的贡献。结果表明,不同时期的叶型指数变化不大,子叶面积与子叶纵径、横径和纵横径乘积之间均具有高度的线性关系;甜瓜子叶的光合速率明显低于幼苗真叶;子叶光合速率随叶龄增长而衰减的速度较慢,有效光合功能期相对较长;子叶的光合作用对单株光合生产量的贡献在2叶1心期之前至关重要,4叶1心期后贡献率降至5%以下。

The photosynthetic properties of cotyledons and individual leaves in muskmelon(Cucumis melo L.) were determined under greenhouse conditions.The results indicated that there were linear relationship between cotyledon leaves area and cotyledon longitudinal diameter and transverse diamete,However,cotyledon leaves shape index changed little on the different periods,the cotyledons had longer assimilating life span than leaves.The periods of the two individual leaves and one new individual leaves cotyledons played an important role in the photosynthetic properties of seedling,and then the contrbution of photosynthetic properties of cotyledons decreased below 5%.
