对称四杆柔性铰链机构具有低耦合、输出位移大等特点,为优化其输出性能,采用有限元法分析了不同的切口轮廓对对称四杆机构输出位移的影响,得出了直角型切口更有利于位移输出的结论.在此基础上,研究了主要尺寸参数对直角型对称四杆机构输出位移的影响,并得出了相应结论.
對稱四桿柔性鉸鏈機構具有低耦閤、輸齣位移大等特點,為優化其輸齣性能,採用有限元法分析瞭不同的切口輪廓對對稱四桿機構輸齣位移的影響,得齣瞭直角型切口更有利于位移輸齣的結論.在此基礎上,研究瞭主要呎吋參數對直角型對稱四桿機構輸齣位移的影響,併得齣瞭相應結論.

The symmetrical four bar flexure hinge mechanism has the characteristics of low coupling,big output displacement,and so on.And to optimize the output performance,the finite element method was used to analyse different incision contour effect on symmetric four bar mechanism output displacement.The right type of incision is more advantageous to displacement's output,and based on this,the influence of main dimension parameter on the right angle symentric four bar mechanism output displacement is studied,and the corresponding conclusion is obtained.
