教学自由是教师最为宝贵的权利和财富,教学的实际需要、教师的成长和相关法律的规定是教师教学自由生成的条件。从微观视角检视,中小学教师的教学自由及其限度在"教什么"方面主要体现在教学大纲的制定、教学材料的选择和教学内容的表达上;在"如何教"方面主要体现在教学方法运用、教学仪态表现以及学生成绩评价上。

Teaching freedom is the most precious right and fortune.Teachers'teaching freedom is made up of the real teaching requirement,the development of teaching and relative law.From the microcosmic perspectives,the teaching freedom and limits of teachers in primary and middle school about"what is teaching"mainly represent in setting down teaching outline,selecting teaching books and expressing teaching content.As to"how to teach",it mainly represents in applying teaching method,expressing teaching manner and commenting students grade.
