随着国家对外开放的加深,社会转型的推进,经济的迅猛发展,＂文化软实力＂作为一个新概念被提出并受到社会各界尤其是学界的热切关注。大学生作为先进文化的载体和代表之一,理应在文化软实力创建中发挥应有的作用。然而,大学生目前正遭遇着传统文化与当代文化相互纠结带来的思想冲突,培植其责任担当成为当务之急。

With the deepening of national opening to the world the promoting of social transformation,and the rapidly developing of economy,＂Cultural Soft Power＂,as a new concept,has been put forward and caused the close attention of the society from all walks of life,especially the academia.As one of the carrier of advanced cultures and representatives,the college students should play an important role in creating cultural soft power.However,they are suffering the ideological conflict of traditional culture and contemporary culture,which becomes the priority of cultivating their responsibilities.
