冷却疗法具有止痛、防肿、减少继发性损伤等作用。在确保关节可动范围条件下尽可能早的开始运动对防止肌肉组织的萎缩和关节的僵硬、缩短康复时间有很大作用。近年来,在欧美和日本等一些国家运用冷却与运动相结合来治疗运动损伤与伤后康复取得了很好的效果。依据国内外文献及临床的实际应用经验,对冷却结合运动的康复疗法,以踝关节扭伤作为病例,做了介绍。

Cryotherapy can relievepain,prevent edema and reduce secondary injury after sports injury.To ensure that under the conditions of joint movement range in motion as early as possible to prevent muscle atrophy and joint stiffness,the time for recovery plays a significant role.Recently,some countries such as Europe,America and Japan,the use of combined cryotherapy and exercise to treat sports injuries and rehabilitation after injury,achieved good results.The author based on literature review and clinical experience in the practical application of rehabilitation exercise therapy combined with cryotherapy to a sprained ankle as the case is introduced.
