针对塑料蜗杆的结构特征,采用整体镶件成型螺旋齿型,设计了镶件旋转脱模结构。根据模具结构特点,设计了以链轮为主的旋转脱模传动装置,分析确定了链轮转速、齿数等参数。实际生产表明该注射模结构简单、动作可靠,成型塑件尺寸精度高、表面光洁。
針對塑料蝸桿的結構特徵,採用整體鑲件成型螺鏇齒型,設計瞭鑲件鏇轉脫模結構。根據模具結構特點,設計瞭以鏈輪為主的鏇轉脫模傳動裝置,分析確定瞭鏈輪轉速、齒數等參數。實際生產錶明該註射模結構簡單、動作可靠,成型塑件呎吋精度高、錶麵光潔。

According to the structure features of the plastic endless screw, the integral insert was applied to mold the spiral gear, and the screw insert was designed to eject to the molding parts. To realize the rotating ejection, the rotational transmitting device main part of the chain wheel was designed according to the features of the mold structure, and the rotational speed and teeth number of the chain wheel were analyzed and determined. The actual manufacturing shows the mold structure designed with the proposed method is simple but stationary, and the molding parts are more precise and smooth.
