对木制品砂光过程中的粉尘处理技术进行了相关研究，采用室内旋风袋式分离器一级除尘与气力输送室外水雾二级除尘相结合的方式，研制出一套适合木制品生产企业砂光作业的高效除尘系统。其除尘效率高，除尘效果及设计通用性好。

Relevant study of the dust treatment technology used in the wooden product sanding process is made and using an indoor cyclone separator-primary dust removal and secondary outdoor pneumatic water dust removal, an efficient dust removal system suitable for the sanding process of wooden product manufacturing enterprises is developed. The system features high efficiency, excelleet dust removal effect and good ventilation design.
