基于现有缴费管理平台对业务拓展和多渠道接入等方面的需求,在一体化缴费管理平台的架构设计引入面向服务架构思想。采用基于SOA的分层架构设计思路实现电力缴费业务平台的开发、运行、集成和管理,有着显著的优势,目前也得到广泛的应用。本文分析了SOA技术在一体化缴费管理平台的应用,从而使其更好的服务于业务管理,适应更高层次的需求与发展。
