采用单因素分析结合L9(34)正交试验的方法,探索从玉米须中提取总黄酮的工艺条件。试验结果表明,从玉米须中提取总黄酮的最佳工艺条件为:用体积分数为60%的乙醇,以1∶100(W/V)的料液比提取3 h,提取温度为80°C。优化的玉米须黄酮提取工艺简便、合理,为玉米须黄酮的分离纯化及生理活性的开发研究奠定了基础。

On the basis of single factor test through the L9(34) orthogonal test,we carried a study on the conditions for the extraction of flavonoids from corn silk.The results indicated that a fluid material which is of a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶100,an ethanol concentration of 60% and at 80 °C to extract 3 h is the optimum technological condition for the extraction of flavonoids.Such an extraction is proved to be convenient and reasonable and is therefore considered to be the foundation for the separation and purification of corn silk flavonoids and development of its physiological activities.
