Symbiosis is both ubiquitous biological phenomenon and common social phenomenon.Naturally there is a symbiotic relationship between the Central City and its universities.Mutualism is the ideal relation model and the rule to deal with matters between city and universities.For this reason,the universities in Central City should firmly hold the objective in serving the local society,seeking the innovation and institutionalization,to promote the mutual benefits and development between the Central City and its universities.
