目的:通过对湖南师范大学9名北狮运动员双侧膝关节屈伸肌群进行等速测试,为揭示该项运动膝关节肌群收缩的生物力学特性提供实验依据。方法:采用BIODEX SYSTEM3等速测试系统对湖南师范大学北狮运动员膝关节屈伸肌群进行等速测试,测试指标为峰力矩、相对峰力矩、屈伸肌峰力矩比、平均功率及做功疲劳度。结果:1)北狮运动员双侧膝关节屈伸肌峰力矩和相对峰力矩随测试速度的增加呈递减趋势;2)狮头狮尾屈伸肌群峰力矩比值和做功疲劳度无显著性差异;3)狮头狮尾左右膝关节同一肌群峰力矩无显著性差异。结论:舞狮运动员膝关节肌群峰力矩变化随测试速度的增加而减少,平均功率呈现随运动速度的增加而增加。到达一定速度后随速度的增加而减少的特征。

목적:통과대호남사범대학9명북사운동원쌍측슬관절굴신기군진행등속측시,위게시해항운동슬관절기군수축적생물역학특성제공실험의거。방법:채용BIODEX SYSTEM3등속측시계통대호남사범대학북사운동원슬관절굴신기군진행등속측시,측시지표위봉력구、상대봉력구、굴신기봉력구비、평균공솔급주공피로도。결과:1)북사운동원쌍측슬관절굴신기봉력구화상대봉력구수측시속도적증가정체감추세;2)사두사미굴신기군봉력구비치화주공피로도무현저성차이;3)사두사미좌우슬관절동일기군봉력구무현저성차이。결론:무사운동원슬관절기군봉력구변화수측시속도적증가이감소,평균공솔정현수운동속도적증가이증가。도체일정속도후수속도적증가이감소적특정。
Objective: In order to reveal the characteristics of knee joint' s muscle contraction in lion dancing player and provide experimental basis for Scientific training, we explored nine lion dancing players' bilateral knee joint in Hunan Normal University by isokinetie machine. Method: The isokinetie explortion was carried out in lion dancing player' S knee joint' s flexion and extension muscle groups in Hunan Normal university with BIODEX SYSTEM 3. The explortion index are peak torque, peak torque to body weight, flexion and extension peak torque ratio, average power and work fatigue. Result: I } the peak torque and relative peak torque of the lion dancing player' s bilateral knee flexion and extension muscles increase with the explortion speed; 2 } there was no signifi- cant difference in average power and in working fatigue between lion head and lion -tail' s knee joints. 3 } there was no significant difference in the same muscle' s strength of lion head or lion tailed between left and right knee joints . Conclusion : Lion athletes knee muscle peak torque changes in the rate of increase with the reduction of ve- locity in testing, Changes of average power increases with velocity up to a certain speed and then decrease.
