＂科教兴国＂战略的实行,使得中国教育事业快速发展。但在教育飞速前行的同时,教育的公平性开始受到质疑。现阶段,城乡教育水平差距明显加大,如何促进教育公平,推进农村基础教育的发展,成为教育界的关注热点。课题组在对北李庄村为期近半个月的调查基础之上,通过与农民的访谈和对农村学生日常生活学习的考察,详细了解北李庄村教育发展中存在的问题,并由此联系现阶段中国农村教育方面的状况,进一步对＂沉睡＂的农村基础教育进行探讨。

While the implement of the strategy ＂developing the country through science and education＂ promotes the rapid development of China＇s education industry,the educational fairness begins to be questioned. Nowadays,the gap between the educational quality in rural area and that in urban area expands obviously. How to promote the fairness of education and improve the development of rural primary education has become our focus.This article,based on the half- month survey in North Lizhuang Village through talking to the peasants and the observation of the rural students＇ daily living and studying, analyzes the problems existing in the educational developmental process of North Lizhuang Village in details,and thus relating to the current situation of rural education in China to further the discussion of the ＂sleepingI＇ rural primary education.
