虽然近年来分子标记技术在澳洲坚果的遗传多样性分析、遗传图谱构建、评价无性系的稳定性等方面已经有了一些应用，但澳洲坚果在分子水平上的研究相对其他坚果类果树仍较为薄弱。本文就分子标记在澳洲坚果研究中的应用概况和前景进行综述。

In recent years, molecular marker technique has been used in genetic diversity analysis, genetic map construction, evaluation of clone stability and other aspects of Macadamia study. However, study on molecular level of Macadamia is still relatively weak compared with researches on other nut trees. This article summarized the general situation and prospects of the application of molecular marker technique in Macadamia research.
