以节能抽油机虚拟数字样机为研究对象,利用UG5.0对调径变矩型节能抽油机进行建模,给出了节能抽油机的较优装配顺序,在IVAE虚拟环境下,应用VAPlatform系统完成了节能抽油机的协同装配,为复杂产品进行协同装配提供了参考价值,减少了节能抽油机的装配测试周期,有利于异地设计生产装配及评审的实现。

Focusing on the virtual digital prototype of the saving pumping uints, by using UG5.0, the assembly model of the adjustable diameter and changeable toque pumping units are established and finds the superior assembly sequence .In the IVAE virtual situation, the collaborative assembly of the saving pumping units is finished based on the VAPLatform system. Besides, the collaborative assembly provides reference value for the collaborative assembly of the complicated products, largely shortens the assembly and test cycle and it is much better to realize the design, produce, assembly and review in different places .
