采用样方法和α-多样性指数研究了湖北龙感湖国家级湿地自然保护区粗梗水蕨群落物种多样性。结果表明:与粗梗水蕨相伴生的物种主要有10科10属11种。粗梗水蕨群落群丛名为菰-水鳖,其群丛类型为挺水类。α-多样性指数分析显示粗梗水蕨群落辛普森指数( D )、香农威纳指数( H′)和Pielou均匀度指数( J )分别为0.846、1.939和0.809。人类干扰是导致湖泊水生植被和生物多样性降低的重要原因。建立保护点和迁地保护是保护该粗梗水蕨种群的有效措施。

Species diversity of the endangered aquatic fern Ceratopteris pteri doides community at Hubei Longgan Lake national wetland nature reserve in China were surveyed using sample plot andα-diversity index. The main results are as follows:there were 11 plant species belonging to 10 families and 10 genera in the community in 2011,among which Zizania. Caduciflora,Hydrochai rs-dubia,Eichhornia crassipes,Polygonum hydropiper,Ceratophyllum demersum and Lemna minor were dominant species. The vegetation was called Zizania caduciflora-Hydrochai rsdubia Ass.α-di-versity index analysis revealed that Simpson index(D),Shannon-Wiener diversity index( H′),and Pielou evenness index(J)were 0. 846、1. 939 and 0. 809,respectively,indicating low levels of spe-cies diversity at the community. Human disturbance might be the main factor responsible for the re-duction of aquatic vegetation and biodiversity. Both establishing conservation spots and changing spots conservation are two important conservation strategies of the species.
