筛选了木棉花红色素的稳定化试剂。结果表明,0.05%柠檬酸、0.02%茶多酚和酰基化处理均能提高木棉花红色素的稳定性。色素的耐光性(2 200~2 300 lux)有不同程度提高,用阿魏酸酰基化的色素耐光性最好;色素的耐热性(30~80°C)显著改善;茶多酚能减缓氧化剂对木棉花红色素的破坏作用;而柠檬酸能减缓还原剂对木棉花红色素的破坏作用。
篩選瞭木棉花紅色素的穩定化試劑。結果錶明,0.05%檸檬痠、0.02%茶多酚和酰基化處理均能提高木棉花紅色素的穩定性。色素的耐光性(2 200~2 300 lux)有不同程度提高,用阿魏痠酰基化的色素耐光性最好;色素的耐熱性(30~80°C)顯著改善;茶多酚能減緩氧化劑對木棉花紅色素的破壞作用;而檸檬痠能減緩還原劑對木棉花紅色素的破壞作用。
사선료목면화홍색소적은정화시제。결과표명,0.05%저몽산、0.02%다다분화선기화처리균능제고목면화홍색소적은정성。색소적내광성(2 200~2 300 lux)유불동정도제고,용아위산선기화적색소내광성최호;색소적내열성(30~80°C)현저개선;다다분능감완양화제대목면화홍색소적파배작용;이저몽산능감완환원제대목면화홍색소적파배작용。
Stabilizers were selected to carry out an experiment on the stabilization technology for the red pigment from kapok flower.The results indicated that the citric acid,the tea polyphenols and the acylation could enhance the stability of the pigment.The light and the heat resistance of the pigment were both improved effectively after a treatment by ferulic acid.Tea polyphenols could decrease the influence on pigment by oxidant while citric acid could relieve the influence on pigment by reducing agent.
