某长江大桥5#墩采用液压自爬模方案,而这种施工方案在原来一直是以经验为主,而模拟计算分析常常被忽视.结合工程的实际操作,利用有限元计算软件对液压自爬模的完整施工过程进行计算分析,并对模板的刚度与强度进行了验证.同时此方法也能为日后同类特种结构施工提供参考.

The scheme of hydraulic self-climbing form was adopted in the construction of NO.5 Pylon atop pier of a Changjiang river bridge.The scheme has always been based on experience but neglected the simulation and analysis in the past.Based on the actual operation of the project,the paper analyzed the complete construction process of the scheme of hydraulic self-climbing form by the finite element calculation software and verified the stiffness and strength of the template.The method can provide good reference value for the construction of similar special structures.
