　　目的探讨 B 超引导下无痛人工流产在临床中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年12月间我科收治的无痛人流的宫内孕患者139例的临床护理资料。结果139例患者由于麻醉药物丙泊酚的应用，手术时无意识，宫颈扩张状态良好。术中本组患者平均出血（12.36±5.19）mL，手术时间1～2min，未出现人工流产综合症和感染等情况。患者充分休息后，均于手术当天顺利出院。结论患者无痛麻醉后，在 B 超引导下行人工流产术，操作简便，定位孕囊准确，镇痛效果满意，可有效降低手术并发症，易于被患者接受，因此，值得临床推广。
　　목적탐토 B 초인도하무통인공유산재림상중적응용개치。방법회고성분석2011년1월지2012년12월간아과수치적무통인류적궁내잉환자139례적림상호리자료。결과139례환자유우마취약물병박분적응용，수술시무의식，궁경확장상태량호。술중본조환자평균출혈（12.36±5.19）mL，수술시간1～2min，미출현인공유산종합증화감염등정황。환자충분휴식후，균우수술당천순리출원。결론환자무통마취후，재 B 초인도하행인공유산술，조작간편，정위잉낭준학，진통효과만의，가유효강저수술병발증，역우피환자접수，인차，치득림상추엄。
Objective To explore the application value of B ultrasound guided painless artificial abortion in clinical practice. Methods Retrospective analysis was used to analyse the clinical nursing data of patients. Results Due to the application of anesthetic propofol, 139 patients were unconscious during operation. Cervical dilatation was in good condition. The average bleeding of this group of patients was(12.36±5.19)mL operation time 1~2 minutes and no artificial abortion syndrome and infection. The patients were discharge successfully. Conclusions Guided by B ultrasound, the painless artificial abortion operation is simple, accurate positioning of gestational sac, satisfactory analgesic effect and can effectively reduce the operation complications. Therefore, it is worth the clinical promotion.
