　　目的通过观察我院多发伤中腹部外伤患者治疗资料，分析急诊救治的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2010年2月至2012年7月期间我院急诊外科收治的103例多发伤中腹部外伤患者的临床资料，着重分析急诊救治方法。结果103例患者经急诊治疗后100例均成功治愈，出现死亡例数仅为2例，病死率较低。结论多发伤中腹部外伤发病原因复杂，治疗时候要把握患者脏器损伤的具体情况与其他合并受损情况，及时治疗，采取各项急诊措施是争取时间、降低死亡的关键。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of emergency treatment by observing treatment data of abdominal trauma patients in our hospital. Methods Clinical data of 103 patients with multiple trauma in our emergency surgical were retrospectively analysed from February 2010 to July 2012 in our hospital, analyzed the emergency treatment methods. Results After emergency treatment,100 cases in 103 patients were successfully treated,the number of deaths was only two. There was lower mortality rate. Conclusion The causes of multiple abdominal trauma injuries are complex. We must grasp specific information of organ damage in patients and other merger damages, treat timely, take various emergency measures. It’s the key to gain time and reduce the death.
