摘要：牛多杀性巴氏杆菌病灭活疫苗的生产采用合成培养基通气培养，活茵计数在10亿ml-30亿／ml、60亿／ml-130亿／ml；活菌计数在604L／ml-130亿／ml的茵液稀释配苗后，菌数在27亿／ml-50亿／ml之间的各产品，其效力检验和安全检验差异性不明显，均可达到兽医生物制品制造及检验规程规定。同时培养菌数高的茵液稀释配苗可节约生产成本14．6148元／万ml左右，对降低劳动强度，缩短生产周期，优化生产工艺有重大意义。

The medium of bovine pasteurella muhocida inactivated vaccine adoptted aerobic culture, and the convention number of microbial content were 1 billion to 3 billion per milliliter, 6 billion to 13 billion per milliliter. Our study controlled the bacterium fluid diluted to make reach microbial content about 2.7 billon to 5 billion milliliter. Difference of effect inspection and safety inspection between diverse concentration gradient was not obvious and they all conformed to the requirements of veterinary biological products manufacturing and inspection. Meanwhile, high microbial content cultivation to dilute for vaccine preparation can reduce production costs about 14.6148 Yuan per ten thousand milliliter, lessen the intensity of labor, Shorten production period and optimizing production technology.
