目的 通过对糖尿病患者双眼模式翻转视觉诱发电位(PRVEP)P100潜伏期分析研究,探讨糖尿病对视觉传导径路的影响.方法 2型糖尿病患者49例,女24例,男25例;对照组健康成年人男25例,女24例,行PRVEP检查,测量其P100潜伏期并男女分组左右眼分别比较.结果 男性右眼P100潜伏期为(101.5±6.2),对照组P100潜伏期为(99.3±5.3),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性左眼P100潜伏期为(101.8±6.3),对照组P100潜伏期为(99.1±5.0),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).女性右眼P100潜伏期为(96.1±7.6),对照组P100潜伏期为(93.2±4.0),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);女性左眼P100潜伏期为(95.7±5.7),对照组P100潜伏期为93.0±2.8,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 2型糖尿病对视觉传导径路影响不明显.

Objective P100 latency analysis study to examine the impact of diabetes on visual transduction pathway through the eyes of diabetics mode reversal visual evoked potential (PRVEP).Methods 49 cases of type 2 diabetes patients,24 females,25 males; Control group of healthy adults 25 males,24 females.The line PRVEP check measured P100 latency and the men and women grouped around the eye were compared.Results The male right eye P100 latency of (101.5 ± 6.2),Control group P100 latency (99.3 ± 5.3),Group (P> 0.05).The difference was not statistically significant; The male left eye P100 latency (101.8 ±6.3),the control group P100 latency was (99.1 ±5.0),Group (P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.The female right eye P100 latency (96.1 ± 7.6),the control group P100 latency was (93.2 ± 4.0),Group (P > 0.05).The difference was not statistically significant;The female left eye P100 latency was (95.7 ± 5.7),control group P100 latency of 93.0 ± 2.8,Group (P> 0.05).The difference was not statistically significant.Conclusions Type 2 diabetes,no significant effect of visual transduction pathway.
