针对罗茨鼓风机噪声大的缺陷,运用结构优化设计理论,提出将消声功能嵌入罗茨机壳体的理念。采用在噪声产生源头着手控制的方法,使旋转噪声、涡流噪声得到控制,结构噪声得到遏制,比现有同流量、同压力罗茨机噪声低15~25 dB( A);比同等参数现有罗茨机系统缩小了体积,降低了安装受限条件。
針對囉茨鼓風機譟聲大的缺陷,運用結構優化設計理論,提齣將消聲功能嵌入囉茨機殼體的理唸。採用在譟聲產生源頭著手控製的方法,使鏇轉譟聲、渦流譟聲得到控製,結構譟聲得到遏製,比現有同流量、同壓力囉茨機譟聲低15~25 dB( A);比同等參數現有囉茨機繫統縮小瞭體積,降低瞭安裝受限條件。

For the big noise defects in roots blower, it is proposed to integrate noise-elimination function into the blower ac-cording to the design theory of structural optimization.It adopts the controlling method when the noises are caused at an early stage, which makes the rotating noise, vortex noises controlled, and the structural noise diminished.Only in terms of blower, the noise is 15~25dB(A) and is lower than the current ones, which are the same flow, the same pressure.It reduced the volume of blower system which are the same specifications and lowered the restricting condition of installation.
