目的 探讨肝纤维化的CT、MR临床诊断情况.方法 选取本院2011年4月到2012年10月收治的疑似肝纤维化患者120例,全部给予CT、MR检查以及活检病理检查,对临床诊断资料进行回顾性总结分析.结果 CT检查的敏感度为93.18%,CT检查的特异度为71.87%,CT检查的准确度为87.5%;MR检查的敏感度为95.45%,MR检查的特异度为87.5%,MR检查的准确度为93.33%; MR检查在敏感度、特异度、准确度上均优于CT检查,其中特异度和准确度间差异具有显著性,P< 0.05.结论 CT检查和MR检查在肝纤维化临床诊断上均具有良好的准确性,是临床动态观察肝纤维化病程演变的重要方法,值得临床推广使用.

목적 탐토간섬유화적CT、MR림상진단정황.방법 선취본원2011년4월도2012년10월수치적의사간섬유화환자120례,전부급여CT、MR검사이급활검병리검사,대림상진단자료진행회고성총결분석.결과 CT검사적민감도위93.18%,CT검사적특이도위71.87%,CT검사적준학도위87.5%;MR검사적민감도위95.45%,MR검사적특이도위87.5%,MR검사적준학도위93.33%; MR검사재민감도、특이도、준학도상균우우CT검사,기중특이도화준학도간차이구유현저성,P< 0.05.결론 CT검사화MR검사재간섬유화림상진단상균구유량호적준학성,시림상동태관찰간섬유화병정연변적중요방법,치득림상추엄사용.
Objective To investigate CT and MR diagnosis of hepatic fibrosis.Methods 120 patients with suspected hepatic fibrosis who had been hospitalized during the period of April 2011 to October 2012 were included in this study.All the patients received CT and MR detection and pathological examination by biopsy.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results The sensitivity was 93.18%,specificity was 71.87%,accuracy was 87.5% for CT examination; whereas the sensitivity was 95.45%,specificity was 87.5%,and accuracy was 93.33% for MR examination.MR detection was superior to CT detection in the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,with significant differences in in the specificity and accuracy (P<0.05).Conclusions CT and MR examination have better accuracy in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis.They are the important approaches in clinical dynamic observation of development of liver fibrosis and are worth popularizing clinically.
