对于金融支持辽宁省区域经济发展的研究,其目的就是为了解决金融危机背景下辽宁经济发展的现实难题。近些年来,金融发展对辽宁省区域经济的发展从总量到结构,都起到了极大的推进作用,但区域内金融发展的差异性也导致了地区内经济发展的非均衡性。辽宁省必须采取优化区内金融资源配置,完善农村金融体系建设,争取金融改革实验区试点等政策。同时,通过开放性金融的引导和区域金融中心的建设,来引导商业金融和民间资本的介入,更好地推动辽宁区域经济向好发展。

The purpose of analyzing financial support for regional economic development is to overcome the realistic economic development difficulties in the context of financial crisis in Liaoning.In recent years,the financial development has played a significant role in the regional economic development in terms of total output and the structure,but the differences in financial development also led to uneven economic development in the region.Liaoning government must make policies for optimizing regional financial resource allocation,improving the rural financial system construction and financial reform pilot programs.Meanwhile,in order to promote regional economic development better,the government can guide the intervention of commercial finance and private capital by the lead of open finance and the construction of regional financial centers.
