经管类课程作为商科院校的主要教学内容具有显著的综合性、实践性和应用性等特点，而传统的填鸭式教育模式严重阻碍了学生创新、思考能力的发展。“基于项目的团队学习”教学模式将学生团队导入一个仿真的情境中，在引导、启发、鼓励学生协作完成教学项目的过程中掌握知识和能力，该模式可为经管类课程的教学改革提供艮好的借鉴。

As.the main teaching contents in commercial colleges and universities, the economics and manaagement courses have the remarkably comprehensive, practical and applied, nature. However, the traditional force-feeding method of teaching seriously impedes the developmment of student＇s creativity and thinking ability. The teaching method of ＂Project-based Group Study＂ could lead the student team into a simulation scene, and the students could masler the knowledge and ability when they collaborate on the project under the teaeher＇s guidance, inspiration and encouragement. This pattern coult be used as referc, nce to the teaching reform of economics and managernent eourses.
