Thin glass is widely used in various types of display device. It is easily chemically tempered in order to improve the service life of the display. Performance of chemically tempered glass was researched by glass surface stress testing apparatus and Vickers hardness tester and then the preparing parameters were optimized to achieve the purpose of use.
